Warranty

 

 

Every machine that we sell through our website comes with a 3 month warranty, unless specifically stated otherwise. We provide a warranty because we know the quality of our machines are top notch, and thus we know that there is very little chance you'll ever need to use the warranty. It is really nothing more than peace of mind for you, and a quality guarantee from us. We don't mean to say this so loosely as for you to take it for granted though, as buying any similar equipment without a warranty is extremely risky and usually costly. For the sake of formality, here are the TERMS and EXCEPTIONS:

 

  • The 3 month warranty period begins on the day that the machine is received according to the tracking information of the shipment, or on the day that the machine is picked up in person or personally delivered.
  •  

  • Every component of the machine is covered under this warranty, with the exception of monitors measuring over 17" in arcade games due to their size and weight.
  •  

  • By acknowledging this warranty, the customer agrees to be our eyes and ears, and be willing to aid us in troubleshooting any issues. We will only resort to returning a machine for repair or replacement when absolutely necessary (due to costs and risks of shipping). If part replacement is required, we will give specific instructions to the customer on how to remove and install the part(s). We will NEVER ask a customer to do anything that is potentially harmful to themselves or the machine. As a general rule, we will never ask a customer to spend more than a total of 30 minutes in doing any of the things mentioned in this paragraph, otherwise we will elect to have the machine sent back to repair or replacement, if that decision has not already been made.
  •  

  • Any damage inflicted upon the machine by any person, object, or acts of nature (flood, fire, wind, etc.), or problems caused as a result of this damage, will not be covered under this warranty.
  •  

  • The customer voluntarily voids this warranty if any attempt is made to recover or reverse any payment, or if the customer leaves negative comments or feedback on any internet forum, including eBay, before allowing at least 72 hours for us to respond to any issues. We conduct business in good faith and with the upmost respect to all customers, and we kindly request a reasonable level of respect and patience (at least a few days for a response) in return. We normally respond to all inquiries much faster than that, but sometimes we do have to close for personal reasons and every now and then we are out of town and without access to the outside world.
