Shipping
Most of our customers are located throughout the continental United States, and are not able to pick up their machines in person. While we regret not having the opportunity to meet and show you around the machine in person, part of our sales process is ensuring that we can get your machine to you in a way that is quick, safe, affordable, and as convenient as possible. In addition, we provide customer support during and after this process so that, even though we can't be there in person, we can communicate and resolve any possible issues as well as technology allows us to. For more details on our commitment to you after you receive the machine, check out our warranty page.
The Flat Rate System
We handle shipping costs by utilizing a flat rate system. By giving each machine a flat rate for shipping, it allows us to bypass the hassle of getting individual shipping quotes based on location, and the inconvenience of surprise fees and surcharges. You may be thinking to yourself "yeah, a flat rate for shipping...charge more than what it really costs and keep the rest as profit!" That may be common practice elsewhere, but not here. We set our flat rates according to the average actual cost of recent, similar shipments. If your actual shipping cost ends up being LESS than the flat rate that you paid, we refund you the difference. On the other hand, if your actual shipping cost ends up being MORE (by $25, $50, even $100+) than the flat rate, we cover the difference. To top it all off, the flat rate even includes all packaging and handling costs!
Of course, a flat rate system has to have some boundaries, so these are our TERMS and EXCEPTIONS:
Our Shipping Partners

We ship all Megatouch and similar games through FedEx Ground. We find FedEx Ground to be a cost-effective and reliable shipping solution for getting machines out to our customers quickly and in one piece. Of course, any shipping company is only as good as the packaging that you surround the item in, and we spare no time or expense in packaging our machines (read below). If the machine arrives severely damaged, we handle the claim and work to get you a replacement machine as soon as possible. Unlike other sellers, we won't put your hard-earned money and/or machine on the line while the claims process crawls along. Fortunately, our long shipping history with excellent packaging shows that damage claims are only necessary in almost 1 in 60 shipments (less than 2%). If rough shipping causes something to come loose or a component to fail or break, we will resolve the issue with detailed instructions and replacement parts if necessary. Transit times are 1 to 5 business days. |

We ship most machines (except Megatouches) through North American Van Lines (NAVL). NAVL provides a "white glove" service specifically for arcade/gaming equipment which is a favorite choice among enthusiasts and businesses alike. The machine is picked up and delivered via box truck or tractor trailor with a liftgate, and custom wrapped (by NAVL) during transit for protection. Forklifts and other hazardous equipment are not used, and thus the damage rate is among the lowest in the industry. Transit times typically range from 5 to 14 business days, depending on the time of year (longer around holidays), distance, and sometimes logistics. |
Pickup and Personal Delivery
Pick-ups are welcome and encouraged! If you are within reasonable driving distance from Cochranville, PA (19330) in southeast Pennsylvania (off Route 1 but in the boonies) we invite you to stop by and pick up your machine and ask us any questions in person. There is absolutely no charge for this, so ignore that flat rate!
We also deliver! If you are within a reasonable distance, we are more than willing to meet you somewhere or perhaps deliver it to you personally at a reasonable rate. Simply provide us with your address or a proposed meeting location and we'll gladly discuss it with you!
